We are the only property in Steamboat with balconies overlooking the Yampa River Park and with direct access to those pet friendly areas.

Within easy walking distance are downtown Steamboat's many dining and shopping opportunities. Only minutes away is the Howelsen Hill sports park featuring Steamboat's ice skating rink and world class ski jumping complex.

The Rabbit Ears Motel is located across the street from the world famous Steamboat Springs Hot Springs and Health Club. Other near-by attractions include raft trips, mountain biking, fishing, boat rentals, ATV rentals, horseback riding, and scenic tours.
