With an ocean vista from one side of the house and a view of the lake from the other, you can bask all day on the sunny deck or take a dip. Swim out to the raft in the lake and sunbathe. Go for a hike along the scenic Aspotogan Trail or go for a swim at the nearby white sand Bayswater Beach. Have a picnic in the park then go frolic in the waves. Our cottage is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you and your family might need during your stay. The main level features a lovely shaded patio with 4 Adirondack chairs, inside there is a family room with TV, woodstove and laundry room. On the middle level there are two large bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the master bedroom has a queen-size bed). There is also a 4 piece bathroom. On the upper level there is a living room with stereo, eat-in kitchen with table, chairs, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Double French doors lead to the upper deck and feature patio furniture and a large stainless steel BBQ. Here are some additional features:

Cancellation Policy:	Because of the short season in Nova Scotia, you are buying the time available in this cottage and you own that time slot. Once you have verbally indicated your intent to cover this time period, you are financially responsible. In the event, you wish to cancel your reservation; $250.00 from the initial security deposit of $500.00 shall be forfeited. Cottage Connection in Nova Scotia will make every effort to re-rent the property, however we cannot guarantee re-rental. Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the rental fee is forfeited, less the security deposit. 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited less the security deposit.
