This idyllic 118-acre retreat is located on Fitzpatrick Mountain in Scotsburn, Nova Scotia. Enjoy breathtaking vistas from the deck of your log chalet or lodge rooms. Choose from ten cozy chalets (1-, 2- and 3-bedroom) featuring fully-equipped kitchens (microwave, fridge and stove), woodstove, quality beds (K, Q, D, Tw), pull-out sofas and futons, TV/VCR, cozy lofts, BBQ, full four-piece bath (some with whirlpool bath tubs), homemade quilts and jam. Or stay in one of five lodge rooms that feature a queen bed, pull-out sofa, full four-piece bath (one with whirpool bath tub, TV/VCR and patio door to outside deck with the view.

Our licensed lodge is fully-equipped with meeting and banquet room facilities (with large stone fireplace), the perfect spot for your upcoming wedding, private party or corporate retreat. Also offered on the property are hiking and snowshoe trails, horseshoe pits, firepits, basketball, playground, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, complimentary movies, coin laundry, dairy barn visits, llamas, horse-drawn sleigh rides, toboggans and snowshoes.

Additional Pet Policies:	Pets required to be leashed in common areas (inside and out), and within 100 metres of the chalets and lodges. Pets not allowed in main meeting rooms in lodge. Pets to be kenneled if left unattended briefly. Prefer pet not left unattended in lodge rooms because of barking. If pet leaves dirt, excessive hair on furniture, there will be a $25 cleaning fee added to guest credit card. Pets and guests can explore 100 acres of fields and woodland. Dogs can be off-leash but please respect other people using the area, as well as the wild and domestic (horses, llamas) animals in the area.

Cancellation Policy:	Cancellation policy is 2 days advance notice required for one night bookings. For bookings of 2-6 nights, we require the number of days equal to the number of nights booked, and 14 days notice for weekly bookings or longer. If notice is not received and the vacancy cannot be filled, full payment is required. Further, a 15% deposit is required for any booking a week or more in duration. The deposit is fully-refundable if cancellation notice is received two weeks (or more) prior to arrival.
